Ian Truesdale has over 40 years’ experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and transformation across the UK and international markets. He is recognised for his strategic leadership, operational expertise and ability to deliver change at scale.

Will Wright

Chief Financial Officer

Will Wright has over 15 years’ experience in senior finance roles across the manufacturing and logistics sectors, including positions at Freightliner and Amcor. He joined DX in September 2024 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010.

Lloyd Dunn

Group Sales Director

Lloyd Dunn has over 18 years’ experience in the freight and parcel sector. Prior to joining DX in April 2016, he held a range of management roles at Tuffnells Parcels Express. Lloyd joined DX as Regional Sales Director, before progressing to Commercial Director in December 2017, Sales Director for the Freight Division in September 2019, and then Group Sales Director in January 2022.

Mark O'Sullivan

Managing Director DX Express

Mark brings over 24 years’ experience in the express parcels industry, with extensive knowledge across the sector and a strong track record in operational and commercial leadership. He joins DX from senior roles held at DPD and Yodel, bringing valuable expertise to strengthen our Express offering and deliver for customers nationwide.. Mark joined DX in February 2026.

Paul Ingram

Managing Director DX Freight

Paul Ingram has over 25 years’ experience in parcels and logistics, having started his career at White Arrow Express (part of the GUS Group) in 1998. He joined Tuffnells Parcel Express in 2011, further strengthening his leadership experience across complex freight operations.

Paul joined DX in 2020 as National Director of Hubs, before moving into the role of Operations Director. As Managing Director of DX Freight, Paul focuses on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and building engaged, high-performing teams that consistently deliver for customers.

Steve Bescoby

Managing Director Logistics/Same Day

Steve Bescoby has over 25 years’ experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, with roles spanning retail organisations including Argos and Homebase, as well as third-party logistics providers such as White Arrow, Reality and DX. He joined DX in October 2014 and has held several senior positions across the DX Freight and Express Divisions, with the last six years focused within the Contract Logistics division.

Martin Illidge

Director of Operational Development

Martin Illidge has over 30 years’ experience in the express parcel industry, having started his career at Target Express in 1990 and progressing into senior management roles across the UK. Following the sale of Target Express to Rentokil Initial Plc in 2006, he held regional leadership positions at City Link before joining DX in January 2011. Martin joined DX as Regional Director. In April 2018 he was appointed Managing Director of DX Express and in February 2026 was appointed Director of Operational Development.

Michael Sherry

IT Director

Michael Sherry leads IT across the Group, with overall responsibility for IT Services, Solutions Development, Business Intelligence and Information Security. He has a 31-year IT career, spanning all key IT disciplines, and has worked in the freight and parcels sector since the age of 19. Michael joined DX in 2012 as Director of IT for DX Freight, before joining the Operating Board as IT Director in November 2017, focusing on the strategic development of systems delivered through agile principles to keep pace in a fast-moving sector.

Jill Jenkins

HR Director

Jill Jenkins has over 22 years’ experience in HR, having held a range of roles across the retail and hospitality sectors. She joined DX in April 2014 as a Business Partner, before progressing to Head of Personnel in 2020, and then being appointed HR Director in 2023.
