Dropping your Sample with DX

Before you take the test

• Refer to the list of sample drop locations in the table below (site specific days/hours may apply)
• You do not need to book if you are going to a DX Depot
• Note that your sample must have a DX barcode tracking label on the outside to ensure delivery
• Note that samples sent on a Friday are usually delivered to the lab on a Saturday and DX do not currently offer the ability to send samples on a Saturday or Sunday

When you are dropping your sample

• Please do not enter the premises if you have any symptoms of Covid-19
• Please follow all site safety guidance and wear a face covering
• Retain a record of the DX tracking reference number
• Drop your sample into the container with the DX sample drop label
