How will I know when DX-2 are delivering to me?

All customers receive either a text or e-mail the day before a delivery is due to be made, giving them a 2 hour eta. On the actual day of delivery, customers are able to track their delivery, using their track and our 2 person crew will call about 30 minutes before they arrive, to confirm a more exact arrival time.
